The application process goes something like this:
Over the phone, we "pre-approve" you by confirming the following :
Credit score above 640 (security deposit can be adjusted to deal with low credit score)
Very high comfort level with internet and email (documents and communication is digital)
Stable work history
Stable housing history
No obstacles to contract compliance like smoking, etc...
You will see the apartment and be provided a 'Home Summary' that lists common complaints, quirks and details about the proposed unit. This helps you avoid surprises not immediately obvious when viewing the apartment
We provide a lease application for you to complete. The fee is $67 per adult.
The Leasing Agent will review the background, credit history reports and other details in your application. This usually takes 24 hours.
The Leasing Agent will visit your current residence and confirm you won't bring a pest problem to the new residence. This is also when the pet behavior evaluation will occur.
Upon approval, a deposit will be required to hold the home until you are ready to move in and we will sign a contract. The deposit is one month's rent if 640 FICO.
On move-in day, the remaining balance is due. We will do more paperwork and get you the keys!
In 7 days or less, we will complete the move-in conditions inventory and confirm utilities have been transferred to your name.
